Our Company, Safer Business Associates Ltd., was founded by Deborah Gregory, who established the business in 2007 to focus on providing advice and training to organisations to improve the recruitment and selection of staff with effective resourcing strategies and processes. She also specialises in providing support and advice on recruitment of staff to work with children and vulnerable adults. She previously headed up the Resourcing function for a local authority and responded to the Bichard Inquiry which made recommendations on strengthening the training of staff in safer recruitment.
Deborah has developed a national reputation for providing high-quality training and consultancy across sectors on all aspects of recruitment and selection with a keen focus on safer recruitment. Deborah has worked with many large organisations to project manage transforming recruitment programmes and implement new systems. She has a master’s degree in human resources management and is a qualified teacher of adults, as well as a qualified coach.
